A handmade cup for an ordinary morning
A little espresso, a favourite colour and a cup that becomes familiar. A closer look at the shapes and surfaces in my handmade cup collection, from deep blue to warm marbling.

Some objects become part of a day almost without us noticing. The cup beside breakfast, the one carried to a desk, the one a visitor chooses: each has a place in a familiar routine. A handmade cup brings its own shape and colour to those small moments.
My collection includes little espresso cups, rounded handleless cups and mugs with handles. The Adriatic blue espresso cup has a deep, softly mottled surface. The marbled cups bring brown patterns across an ivory ground, while the sunshine cups pair yellow glaze with pale, speckled bases. Looking at them together, it is easy to see how much the same simple object can change through colour.
Choosing a cup can begin with the way you like to drink coffee, then move to the details that catch your eye. Perhaps it is a quiet blue, a warm band of caramel or the little purple fish painted around a mug. There is room for different colours on the same table.
I make ceramics and paintings in Rovinj, and cups sit alongside bowls, vases and sculpture in my work. Browse the collection for a closer look, or ask me about a particular piece and its measurements. A favourite everyday object often starts with one small detail.
To care for your ceramics, wash them by hand. Please do not put them in the dishwasher or microwave.
