Adding pieces to the cart does not reserve them. Continuing from the cart saves an order or quote request. A quote request does not commit you to a purchase. Confirm the exact pieces and arrangements with Linda. Payment is completed separately through Stripe for the fixed total shown in your saved order.

Artwork and prices

Photographs show examples of Linda’s work and do not guarantee current availability. Descriptive catalogue labels may differ from the final artwork title. Some photographs use styled backgrounds. Before ordering, confirm the exact piece, dimensions, intended use and care requirements. Display colours can differ slightly from the work in person.

Prices and payments are in euros. The payment total comes from saved item prices and quantities plus any confirmed packing and delivery charge. Estimated postage is not a final delivery charge. For delivery or unpriced pieces, Linda confirms the quote before payment. The buyer cannot change the amount on Stripe. Payment confirmation does not by itself confirm a dispatch or collection date.

Custom orders

The design, approximate size, price, any deposit and estimated completion date are agreed in writing. Clay and firing can cause natural variations; any material change to the agreed design or price requires agreement. Please tell Linda about deadlines before commissioning work.

Delivery and damage

Delivery arrangements and charges depend on the artwork and destination and are agreed before purchase. Contact Linda if your parcel is damaged or does not arrive. Photographs of damage and packaging can help resolve a claim; your statutory rights are not conditional on reporting within a short period.

Returns and withdrawal

For qualifying distance purchases, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Notify Linda by email with your name, order details and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Return arrangements will be provided. You bear direct return costs only if you were informed of this before buying.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the withdrawal right. Merely being handmade does not create an exemption. Applicable refund and return deadlines remain governed by law.

Faulty goods and complaints

EU consumer rights, including the minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods, are unaffected. Contact Linda for an appropriate remedy if work is faulty or does not match the agreed description.

Written complaints can be sent to the email or postal address above. Receipt will be acknowledged and a written response provided within 15 days.

Workshops

Wheel sessions last one hour and are for one or two people, at €50 per person. Firing is charged separately. The date, firing fee, collection arrangements and applicable cancellation terms are confirmed before booking. Contact Linda promptly if you need to change a date; no automatic cancellation charge is imposed by this page.

Copyright

Buying a physical artwork does not transfer the artist’s copyright or give permission to reproduce it commercially.

Applicable rights

Croatian law applies without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.
